Simon is a Co-Founder & Executive Director of Lead 8, a multidisciplinary architecture and design studio with studios across Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and London.
With over 22 years of experience in international design projects, Simon specialises in transport and entertainment led mixed-use developments, retail architecture and interior design. He has been actively involved and delivered many iconic city landmarks in Asia such as iON Orchard Singapore, International Commerce Centre and iAPM in Shanghai, Central Festival Bangkok, Taipei IFG, Parc Central Guangzhou.
He is currently the project director for two major transport led mixed-use development in Shanghai, totaling over 2 million square meters of development and is scheduled for opening in 2020 to 2022.

Anthony Lai leads the day-to-day activities for Arquitectonica’s Hong Kong team. He works closely with the Principal-in-Charge and the Miami design team on design coordination for each project.He prepares project work programs, manages team output and schedules, and is responsible for consultant coordination, design documentation, development of details, specifications, and material selections. Anthony received a Bachelor of Social Science in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Yacine was born in Algeria, he was educated in Milan and Paris where he graduated from the Ecole d’Architecture Paris-Villemin (UP1). He worked in Paris, Brussels, Milan, Singapore and is now permanently based in Hong Kong. In 20 years of professional experience, he developed pluri-disciplinary expertise in architecture, interior design, and luxury fitting-out Contract.Since 1997, he successfully established Architecture and Interiors Design firms in Paris & Brussels. He also worked on a management level for an international architecture firm in Asia. Following on he became head of Asia Pacific contract division of the largest Italian luxury furniture group. In 2011 he co-founded In Situ & Partners Ltd, specializing in luxury residential, corporate and commercial projects.
Mike is the founding member and current president for the Retail Design Institute Hong Kong. The Retail Design Institute (RDI) is a non-profit international organisation founded in 1961. It represents a diverse range of professionals – and students – dedicated to creating world-class retail experiences. RDI promotes the advancement of our industry by developing educational, career building and networking opportunities.
Mike is also one of the founders of HEAD Architecture, which started over drinks with Mark Panckhurst in 2000. Having been involved in retail design for over 20 years, Mike uses his experience to give retailers more interesting brands and physical stores that stand out from their competitors.
